Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in a retail environment, promoting and selling mobile products and services. Your expertise will help enhance the customer experience while driving sales and ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and organized.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions related to mobile products and services.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits to encourage sales.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that all products are readily available for customers.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or in-store communication.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide bilingual support to customers as needed, enhancing communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers effectively.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and enthusiastically.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, allowing for better engagement with a wider range of customers.
- A keen attention to detail and organizational skills to manage stock effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and services in the mobile industry.
