Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in technical sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other retail software
