Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You will assist clients in selecting the right mobile products and services that meet their needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and sell will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their mobile needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, effectively communicating how they meet customer requirements.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred; familiarity with mobile products is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
