The Senior Sourcing and Procurement Consultant (Partner) will lead the strategic sourcing, procurement and contracting efforts across the enterprise in support of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations (Claims, Regional Mailroom Operations, Data Entry, Provider Operations, Payment Integrity, and Revenue Cycle Management). The successful candidate for this role will have superior experience with the end-to-end sourcing & procurement process, analytical and risk management skills, and exceptional business/supplier relationship management.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the business requirement and identify vendor (from incumbents or new on-boarding) for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations (Claims, Reginal Mailroom Operations, Data Entry, Provider Operations, Payment Integrity, and Revenue Cycle Management) and related categories
- Conduct sourcing / RFX events, and support RFP evaluation through financial analysis
- Partnering and developing strategic internal and external relationships
- Develop and execute category management strategies
- Understand market trends, evolving technology and market dynamics related to BPO services
- Development, redlining and negotiation of strategic and complex vendor contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and amendments in cooperation with legal, internal stakeholders and external business partners
- Support the development of impactful supplier SLAs or key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to develop reports and analyze data to make necessary business decisions and hold suppliers accountable to contract commitments
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and address concerns
- Understand business objectives and offer alignment to enterprise

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of category management experience, including contract management, drafting, development, redlining, and negotiation experience
- 4+ years progressive experience in procurement, supplier management, and/or leading strategic teams or projects involving labor services
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate through ambiguities/difficult obstacles using facts, alternatives identification, open-mindedness, thought-through strategy, and superior leadership
- Demonstrated communication (both verbal and written) and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated consultative and influencing skills in order to gain buy-in and support of customers and leadership in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills and ability to pay attention to details
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years progressive experience in procurement, supplier management, and/or leading strategic teams or projects involving labor services
- Experience with Ariba, Reporting, Procure-to-Pay, and various Procurement-adjacent technology platforms
- BPO category experience including prior experience with Claims, regional Mail Office (RMO) Revenue Cycle Management, or Payment Integrity categories
- Experience in health insurance or managed care industry
- Demonstrated track record of success in a high demand, multi-tasking environment
