Where You Will Work
Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.

Description
Responsible for the entire business performance of the establishment. Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand. Coordinates all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Set annual budget and manage costs accordingly
- Assume responsibility for the day to day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Devise systems, set policy and provide guidance and implement changes to ensure quality standards
- Develop cost-saving strategies to increase profit and manage labor costs
- Provide training to ensure performance objectives are met
- Provide leadership and team building for staff
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and service complaints
- Discipline staff appropriately according to policies and procedures
- Create and maintain the staff schedule and track absenteeism
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure that all financials balance
- Recruit and hire new staff as required
- Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safety
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience relevant to position; OR
- Bachelor's degree and one (1) year supervisor or lead experience

- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift
- Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $45,000-$62.000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
