JOB SUMMARY
Paragon Systems is currently hiring a Site Manager to support our CIFSO Mississippi contract. Any interested candidates must be individuals of unquestionable integrity who display a mature attitude and exercise good judgment. The Site Manager must ensure the effective, efficient, and accurate operations of the following:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Handle the day-to-day operation of assigned guard force in assigned area, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
- Schedule personnel to minimize overtime.
- Ensure that posts are staffed and provide direct supervision of Protective Security Officers (PSOs).
- Maintain order and discipline of PSOs in accordance with established Rules of Personal Conduct and contractual agreements.
- Ensure that officers have appropriate uniforms and equipment.
- Stand post when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and read, write, and speak English.
- Must have either 3 years of Security experience, Military (active duty or Reserve) experience, National Guard experience, or successful completion of Police Officer's Standard Training (POST) course.
- Must have supervisor and conflict management skills (problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills).
- Ability to use a computer is a MUST.
- 2 years of successful experience in field supervision (civilian community law enforcement, military service, or commercial/industrial security guard service).
- Must pass a very demanding physical fitness test.

Wage for this position is $87,173.00

- The paid leave for full time employees is from 80-160 hours / year based on longevity in the position, and sick leave is a minimum of 48 hours per year for a full-time employee.
