Duties

- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote new products or services.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide technical sales support.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to technical sales.
