What You'll Do:
- Act as first point of contact for all West Shore Home customers with the goal of scheduling project consultations with our Outside Sales teams.
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls to customers interested in the products West Shore Home has to offer.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Attend daily meetings with your team and department leadership to discuss metrics and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.
