Overview:
The Territory Inside Sales Representative (TISR) is an essential sales partner in the USS territory-based selling process. The TISR is responsible for all sales activities within a defined geographical territory for tier "B" Customers, "B" Potential customers, and projects below $5 million. The TISR is a critical player in Opportunity Team projects. The primary focus is on outbound sales calls initiatives and campaigns to generate new business development. This position clearly understands the process of identifying customer ranking and thresholds of need and how to handle/team sell and delegate accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy emphasis on targeted outbound calls, cold calling companies within the territory, and establishing needs
- Build and maintain the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques
- Contact potential customers and create long term partnerships
- Conduct effective sales presentations on the company's product line in response to the unique needs of each customer company's product line in response to each customer's individual needs
- Take daily calls and manage to completion as well as manage emails effectively
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Act as liaison between customers, sales, field operations, and office personnel to resolve general inquiries & issues for "B" customers
- Compile a list of "B" target companies within the area. Promote applicable "B" customers to "A's." Develop sales strategies to target tier "B" accounts and "B" prospects
- Work to revenue targets and KPI's as set by Supervisor
- Follow-up on sales leads from other partners of the company
- Establish a quality relationship with Territory Managers and Director of Sales
- Document sales activities, leverage business intelligence through Salesforce, and know the critical steps of projects and project management, contracts, and applicable data entry. Produce quotes and orders through Salesforce
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries from various sources such as web, Dodge, IIR, Construction Points, Google, LinkedIn
- Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources and outbound calls to support campaigns and initiatives and create target prospects lists and penetrate critical accounts
- Contact potential customers and build long-term partnerships. Sell all product offerings available in the specific market
- Conduct effective sales presentations on the company's product line in response to the unique needs of each customer, as applicable
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
- Work to revenue targets and KPI's as set by Supervisor. Utilize outside sources to assist in driving KPI's and manage performance intelligently
- Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification in CRM application while ensuring customer needs are met while following through the sales process
- Establish a quality relationship with Territory Managers and Director of Sales
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sale cycle
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Prospecting / Cold Calling / Referral generation
- Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets
- Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
- Salesforce proficiency experience a plus
- Customer care and sales experience, including customer relationship development and referral generation
- Ability to solution sell-through value alignment to differentiate USS offerings from the competition

Salary Range: $23.00 – $32.69 / hour Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
