POSITION SUMMARY:
Serve as a key strategic partner to leaders across the sales, marketing, and CX organizations. This position will lead cross functional transformation projects that improve and define processes promoting sales, marketing, CX, and corporate strategies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and management of strategic project road map by facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results. Identify the evolving needs of business and quickly adapt roadmap and objectives.
- Create, recommend, and implement scalable and repeatable processes/tools/programs within the CX organization that drive efficiency and productivity.
- Identify complex business problems and recommend innovative and creative solutions. Leads projects/initiatives end-to-end - framing the issue, planning the work, conducting complex analysis, and distilling insights into clear conclusions and recommendations independently and effectively. Proactively make recommendations to CX leaders by being a trusted advisor.
- Mentor, coach, and development of next level of leaders within revenue operations team.
- Be able to identify when, how and who, from the revenue operations team needs to engage. Understand and be able to communicate the high level strategies internally and across the CX organization.
- Direction of others: Regularly coach other team members, plan work for others to meet project deadlines, and provide feedback to lower levels, upper levels, and peer group. Leader of leaders either formally or in matrix relationship. Will have direct reports or staff responsibilities, including career development and conducting performance evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in channel strategy or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing and developing others.
- Experience working with sales team, sales tools, sales methodologies and processes.
- Strength in project management - lead the project, prioritize the work effectively, structures work proactively across a matrixed team.
- Strong verbal communication - actively listens to others, influences others' perspectives, persuades based on fact and reason.
- Strong written communication - build logical storylines independently, writes concise and effective emails, presentations, external customer communications.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
