Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Staff Coordinator & Executive Administrative Assistant supporting various leaders within RTRC. This role will report to the Executive Director, Strategic Technologies & Partnerships and Deputy Director, RTRC and will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and ensuring a positive experience for RTRC leadership, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and proactive team player with excellent communication stills, organizational abilities, and proficiency using office software, such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, and SAP.
What You Will Do:
Managing calendars – understanding priorities, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts effectively and efficiently
Scheduling all aspects of travel (domestic and international) and accurately processing expense and mileage reports with timely submission
Support executive-level communications, including organizational announcements
Prepare for meetings to include booking conference rooms, escorting visitors, printing materials, and organizing catering
Work closely with leadership, staff, and visitors to ensure a positive experience for individuals engaging with RTRC
Support RTRC-level events and initiatives, leading coordination efforts among the RTRC administration team
Maintain accurate and updated organization charts and other team documents
Embrace and execute all other duties, as required or assigned, including serving as back-up to other administrative staff and assisting with other administrative tasks that may require learning new systems and processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires an associate’s degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education or experience
Minimum 2 years specifically supporting executive leadership
Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality and communicating to employees across all levels of the organizations and the willingness to work onsite a majority of the time, supporting afterhours initiatives, as needed
Direct experience with Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and digital collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 116,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
