Duties

Collaborate with the management team on shift management to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain payroll records and assist with scheduling to optimize labor costs while meeting business needs.
Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Demonstrate leadership by motivating team members and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

Previous experience of 1+ years in wireless retail sales management is a must
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Experience with inventory management practices is highly desirable.
