Description:Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time AI/ML intern with a strong foundation in machine learning, data science and current programming languages.
In this role, you will work alongside Robotics Applications Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to apply AI/ML techniques in practical manufacturing settings which will contribute to innovative approaches to manufacturing solutions. You will assist in developing an Intelligent Machines Playbook to be utilized to advance the Future Factory Principles at Sikorsky.
You will combine statistical process control and artificial intelligence to improve the overall throughput and cost of our products as well as advance the current toolsets withing the organization.
The candidate will be exposed to continuous improvement techniques, CAD modeling, data analytics, simulation, and statistical process control while supporting multiple Product Centers.
Basic Qualifications:• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• Relevant Courses: Data Structures, Data Governance, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
