Description:You will be the Industrial Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Grand Prairie. Our team is responsible leading standard Industrial Engineering activities to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of new production areas, development of analytics tools, conducting data analytics, and influencing manufacturing health metrics across the Dallas site. Your responsibilities will include:
• Drive continuous improvements projects
• Capture cost savings and perform project manager duties
• Efficiency calculations, capacity assessments, trend analysis

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar Engineering degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience as an Industrial Engineer or related field
• Experience with Discrete Event Simulation
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma
• Experience using CAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
Desired Skills:• Tableau/SQL/Python/Data Analytics experience
• Experience with Pro Model or Simio simulation modeling
• JIRA/Confluence experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
