JOB SUMMARY
Under minimum supervision, supports the Global Business Unit in materials and logistics management activities throughout the Business Unit’s global Workcells. Develops and maintains materials and logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensures consistency in global demand planning process.
· Implement inventory models.
· Coordinate quarterly pricing process (PP1, PP2, PP3, Sourcing).
· Implement supply chain strategies (EDI, JIT, SIS, consignment, 3rd party logistics, global sourcing).
· Ensure continuity of supply for product transfers.
· Monitor and report site metrics (e.g., Days Of Supply, material prices, excess inventory mitigation, etc.).
· Coordinate with Subject Matter Expert’s for all supporting material systems (SAP, Webplan, DR, PLS).
· Ensure process synergies across Workcells in the Business Unit.
· Generate and analyze data related to materials functions within the Workcell(s) and make recommendations for improvement (e.g., lowest landed cost analysis, inbound freight analysis, etc.).
· Compile data and other information into clear, organized reports and communicate it to cross-functional team and customer.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary Responsible for business systems, process development, support, and training within the Supply Chain Management organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide primary support to all Business Units (BUs), BU sub-sectors, and SCM sectors.
- Provide secondary support to GCM and other SCM groups.
- Develop and implement a dashboard/ metrics pack for executive review at appropriate aggregation level using the most appropriate tool
- Provide support to sites in effectively using tools and systems.
- Conduct training sessions to guide users on tool functionalities and best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any errors or issues encountered by site users
- Perform ad-hoc reporting using appropriate toolsets.
- Drive regulatory risk compliance requirements
- Analyze regulatory compliance risks caused by geographical disruptions.
- Analyze the risk compliance report by supplier manufacturing locations and coordinate to all BU, sectors, division
- Evaluate risk compliance reports based on supplier manufacturing locations and coordinate actions across all BUs, sectors, and divisions.
- Provide support for supplier qualification assessments, including internal and external audits, as requested by the Global SQE team, GCM, and divisions
Education & Experience Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree required
- Diploma/Degree in Business or related discipline
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a technical supply chain role eg Purchasing, Planning is an added advantage
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
