In this role, you will:- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, experience integrating and implementing session replay tools, such as Glassbox, across web and mobile applications
- 5+ years of experience in capturing and analyzing user interactions to identify pain points and optimize the customer journey.
- 5+ years of experience in creating custom reports, funnels and leveraging data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams to implement session replay solutions and resolve issues collaboratively.
- 5+ years of experience in debugging and performing root cause analysis to address production issues.
- 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics for click event and page view tracking.
- 3+ years of experience with implementing data layer strategies for consistent and accurate data collection across digital platforms.
- Technical understanding of working with tag management tools like Tealium for session replay and analytics tool integration.
Desired Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript for configuring and managing session replay tools, ensuring accurate data capture.
- 3+ years of experience in deploying enhancements and library optimizations for marketing, customer survey and customer experience technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in collaborating with vendors to address tool-specific issues and implement necessary changes.
- 1+ years of experience in creating Splunk dashboards and alerts for real-time monitoring and reporting.
