This team reports to the Head of Business Management Workforce Services in Corporate Risk Strategy, Planning & Governance, and partners with all Risk teams to execute Corporate Risk's location strategy, manage the United States Corporate Risk real estate portfolio, and execute operational processes to drive efficiency and improve the workplace experience for Risk employees. This is a highly visible role which requires extensive partnership across numerous stakeholder groups and levels within the organization.
In this role, you will:- Manage and lead a team of Business Execution Consultants to ensure the successful planning, integration, issue resolution and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
- Manage the Corporate Risk real estate portfolio across the United States and execute all Enterprise and Corporate Risk driven real estate changes. This includes leading moves within a specific Market, moves within a building and exiting select Markets/buildings.
- Manage the employee engagement process for Enterprise and Corporate Risk driven real estate changes to ensure employees are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the move process.
- Lead and improve existing Business Execution processes such as the Corporate Risk Work Location Change Request process, employee engagement processes and cost reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.
- Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholder groups such as Corporate Properties Group, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Risk executives and Corporate Risk managers and employees.
- Manage all building and facilities requests for Corporate Risk real estate and ensure timely resolution of issues and appropriate escalation as needed.
- Identify potential risks when implementing real estate changes, along with developing mitigation strategies and plans.
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives.
- Drive and motivate the team and establish a business and risk focused culture of high performance, ownership, accountability, transparency, and sustained performance.
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience working in an Enterprise real-estate driven function such as Corporate Properties or other real-estate adjacent teams.
- Strong experience in managing people, developing strong performing teams and mentoring / coaching.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and influence employees within a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong relationship management experience, with the ability to tailor communications to various audiences at varying levels.
- Experience driving and implementing large-scale, organizational change initiatives that have direct impacts on employees' daily in-office experience.
- Track record of building successful relationships with multiple Enterprise teams (such as Corporate Properties Group, Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or Corporate Communications), collaborating with business leaders and influencing key partners to drive tangible results.
- Experience managing highly complex issues and negotiating solutions across multiple business lines and leadership hierarchies.
