As an Asset Integrity Specialist I, you will ensure the integrity of the gathering and pipeline system against corrosion damage. You will work under close supervision as you learn about corrosion control activities including repair, troubleshooting, monitoring and documentation of corrosion control equipment and facilities. A focus on safety will bring success in this role!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Performs a variety of tasks involved in troubleshooting, testing, calibrating, maintaining, installing and/or repairing malfunctions of the equipment in areas of expertise
- Supports external/internal corrosion control programs, ensures adequate monitoring and mitigations, and follows DOT requirements
- Processes corrosion data, generates, analyzes and communicates monthly reports; works with business partners to resolve issues
- Provides guidance and project scoping for corrosion control issues
- Performs the data integration and analysis process relating to corrosion control testing
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associates Degree in vocational, technical or business field
Physical and Environmental Work Requirements:
- Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
- Carry and lift items that weigh a minimum of 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
- Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
- Use hand tools
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
- Ability to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as needed
- Ability to travel to troubleshoot and provide training as needed
Other Requirements:
- Must live or be willing to relocate at your own expense within 45 minutes or 45 miles from Shreveport, LA within one hundred twenty (120) days of start date
- Demonstrates aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the upmost priority
- Must posses valid State Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must acquire Operator Qualification (OQ) for external corrosion related tasks
- Must acquire NACE Corrosion Technician or CP Level I - CP Tester Certification within two years of hire date
