Job Description
As the Senior Manager of Hub Site Operations at NBCUniversal, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all IT operations across a diverse array of remote hub sites, including Toronto, Chicago, Assembly Studios in Atlanta, Dry Creek in Colorado, and all local NBCULocal locations. Your primary responsibilities will include seamless and efficient communication with all business partners, facilitating project work and meeting business needs and requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a unified user experience across all locations, bolstering internal operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team in optimizing IT processes and infrastructure to support NBCU's global operations effectively.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all IT operations for NBCU remote hub sites, including Toronto, Chicago, Assembly Studios in Atlanta, Dry Creek in Colorado, and local NBCU locations
- Ensure effective and open communication with business partners to facilitate project work and meet business needs and requirements
- Foster a universal user experience across all locations by implementing standardized IT processes and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal operations and optimize IT infrastructure
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to effectively manage day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align IT services accordingly
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the security and stability of IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions that support business objectives
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in IT operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for monthly operations review, highlighting performance against KPIs and providing insights to inform decision making

Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in managing IT operations in a complex and dynamic environment, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks, best practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with IT service management tools and systems, such as ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
