ABM is currently hiring for a District Manager to join our Parking team in Washington DC! Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned locations, respective teams, and clients in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. This includes operations management, human resources management, accounting, marketing support, budget preparation and analysis, proposal generation, and client relations. Responsible for the overall operations of the Washington DC market. The manager is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and cost controlling procedures to ensure compliance with customer specific contract requirements for multiple accounts with multi-site locations and customers. The manager is responsible for multi-site performance of services to the customer(s); and retention of those customer(s) as a client(s).
Essential Duties:
· Oversight of multiple parking managers, and their respective teams and operations
· Client relationships including daily/weekly communication and formal monthly financial reviews
· Work hand in hand with regional business development manager to generate proposals and add business to the DC market
· Generate potential new business leads for the DC market
· Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns of clients and customers
· Ensures the follow through of the corrective action plans with managers and supervisors to guarantee satisfactory resolution of customer/client complaints and needs.
· Implement and manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs.
· Review labor variances, budgets, costs, charge backs and inventory control records to ensure labor and supply are within budget while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within policy and procedure guidelines.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local government regulations.
· Routinely audit site summary reports and records as required and submit reports and statistics as requested by leadership.
· Familiar with the source and type of parker at each location to better serve the needs of those parkers by determining the hours of operation, security needed and attendant scheduling.
· Familiar with and understand the operation of all automated parking equipment with ability to make minor repairs on the equipment and ensure the equipment is in good operating condition at all times.
· Review accounts receivable control records to determine if the accounts are being maintained accurately and in accordance with prescribed procedures.
· Oversee cash control system, conduct audit for cash and ticket control for assigned locations.
· Payroll review to verify that payroll is within budget.

Qualifications:
· Must have a minimum of five (5) years related parking management experience. Prior experience overseeing 10+ locations and multiple managers preferred.
· Experience with high demand clients.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Organized and revenue/data driven.
· Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
· Excellent leadership skills.
· Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
