We are currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support our treasury operations efforts and serve as a banking, cash management, and expense management subject matter expert for our operating companies. The selected candidate should be adept at solving problems, communicating with senior leaders, and driving transformational change. This role will report to the Treasury Director.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury operations, including wires, payment exceptions, intercompany cash movements, and addressing issues for our operating companies
- Lead M&A integrations for treasury, including developing and executing banking transition plans, building relationships with newly acquired companies and their banks, and further enhancing our integration playbook
- Develop and implement a direct cash flow forecast that includes projected cash needs for M&A, debt paydown, share repurchases, and other strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate finance and accounting teammates, operating company finance leaders, and external banking partners
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and the use of technology, including making recommendations on new software implementations
- Support compliance and SOx efforts by preparing documentation, reviewing key controls, and answering follow up questions from auditors
- Administer access to treasury platforms and perform periodic user access reviews
- Manage policies, procedures, and documentation for the department and ensure teammates are trained on key daily processes
- Perform ad hoc Treasury analysis/special projects as requested
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with banking portals, payments, and financial markets terminology
- Interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally, including with banks
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated abilities in leading projects from scope to completion
- Detail-oriented while understanding the strategic vision and big picture
Minimum education and work experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or banking
- Treasury experience in a large, global company preferred
Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $86,100 - 129,100, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
