Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Sales Compensation.
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports with database queries (e.g. SQL).
- Experience adjusting seller payouts within sales compensation tools.
- Experience with attainment and compensation tools (e.g., Anaplan, Callidus, OIC, Xactly).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with executive-level engagement as a business, operational, and thought partner.
- Experience using data analytics tools, developing insights and sharing those to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.
- Ability to define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment and consensus to deliver business impact.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad products and guide them when they need help.The gTech Strategy Operations (gSO) organization ensures gTech’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.As a gSO Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with gTech leadership to identify, design, and implement the gTech Ads Service and Solutions strategy to drive business growth and continuous improvement. You will partner with teams across the business, gSO and other product and GTM teams to deliver on the businesses most important priorities and enable the gTech Ads organization. You'll support teams in making critical service strategic decisions tied to the impact criteria for gTech Ads (i.e., ROI, Headroom Unlock, Customer Satisfaction and Quality, CPRD, etc.).
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Communicate findings to leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.
- Lead end-to-end service and solution strategy for relevant gTech Ads Vertical (Tech, Media, Scaled Implementations, Customer Support).
- Understand Google Ads Products and solution and service catalog to drive product headroom for global product priorities.
- Develop key success metrics for service and solution delivery within market and continuously monitor for refinement (i.e., updating a service or solution, finding way to scale a service or solution, or exiting a service or solution) aligned with gTech Ads Value of Service framework.
- Lead business planning and operations for the Americas region and drive adoption of the services go-to-market strategy in market.
