General Purpose:
Under the Data and Impact Manager's general supervision, the Dynamics 365 Administrator & Developer (Dynamics A&D) will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and improving our Microsoft Dynamics CRM infrastructure. RCAC is in the process of implementing Dynamics 365 for contracts, project management, and impact tracking.
Specific job goals, objectives and tasks are established for each employee as part of the annual evaluation and work plan process. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 platform, including user access management (security role management), system configurations, and customizations
- Develop and maintain the functionality of the platform, adding new fields and workflows where applicable, and managing consultants for high-complexity improvements
- Extract and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making and process improvement
- Develop new reporting features, including customized views, reports, and dashboards to meet the need of various departments and management
- Implement performance and feature improvements to maintain a high level of system responsiveness
- Automate processes within Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 releases and ensure smooth implementation of updates and patches
- Provide user support and training to staff members on how to effectively use Dynamics 365 features and functionalities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues promptly
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems, such as our enterprise resource planning tool, and external data sources, like the US Census
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data within Dynamics 365, implementing access controls and adhering to privacy regulations
- Oversee the data integrity within the Dynamics 365 system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist with compliance audits related to Dynamics 365 usage and data management
- Assist with other cloud-based administration, primarily with MS 365 environments, as needed
- Manage tasks and resources effectively and efficiently

Minimum Qualifications and Necessary Requirements:
- EQUIVALENTcombination of education and experience can meet minimum qualifications.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education).
- LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid driver's license and proof of insurance that meets the minimum requirements ($100,000/$300,000) of RCAC corporate liability policy.
- EXPERIENCE: At least two years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator or in a similar system administration role (ex. Power Platform Admin).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality and configurations. This includes, but is not limited to, sales, customer service, and field service applications
- Knowledge of security roles in Dynamics and managing Microsoft Entra
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11
- Proficiency in resource planning and project management
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting/visualization tools (like PowerBI)
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to provide user support and training
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity
- Ability to translate RCAC's needs (user stories) into Dynamics functional requirements
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to understand and communicate RCAC's mission and vision for the future
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in systems administration for nonprofits or public corporations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification or higher

Working Conditions:
Work is typically performed in an office with a moderate noise level. Evening and/or weekend work may be required.
