Scheduler and Risk Analyst, Junior
Key Role:
Support project management efforts for complex client engagements on some of the largest acquisition programs in the Department of Defense. Interface with clients to support the development of key program artifacts, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Risk Registers. Gather, organize, visualize, and interpret large data sets and communicate meaningful findings to enhance client decision making. Develop dashboards and PowerPoints to communicate data analysis findings. Provide the client with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to solve your clients most challenging problems.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to quickly learn project management basics, including schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management
Ability to gather and assess client data and communicate priority findings to teams
Ability to interact with clients and work within a multi-stakeholder and matrixed organizational environment
Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with MS Project and Access
Experience in math or statistical analysis
Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs
Knowledge of stochastic methods and Monte Carlo simulations
Knowledge of data science or data visualization tools, including R, Tableau, Power BI, and Python
Ability to support programs and contracts within the federal government
Possession of excellent data-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
