Description
Logistics:
This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday in a work at home environment. Employees are required to have flexibility work any our 8-hour shift scheduled during hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Training will be Monday – Friday 8:00 AM -4:30/5:00 PM for approximately 6-8 weeks.
What you will do:
- Responsible for resolving systemic claims and customer service issues via working with the prime contractor and providers.
- Performs research and analyzes data to determine problem, define appropriate resolution, and follow up with customer.
- Assist with the education of prime personnel in the use of required systems including the use of self-service tools.
- Assist with the review and evaluation of work instructions, technical directions, and change orders.
- Attend meetings and conferences with providers, military personnel, etc. as requested by the prime contractor.
To Qualify for this position, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience
- Required Work Experience: 4 years of job related claims experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Basic business math proficiency.
