Requested Tasks
- Inspire, lead, motivate and drive results with leaders and team members
- Oversee the operational functions and financial success of the property and all Food + Beverage outlets
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, guest satisfaction and any refurbishments needed
- Handle guest and team member complaints overseeing guest service recovery procedures
- Prepare, present and achieve hotel budgets, marketing and sales plan and capital budgets
Requested Capabilities
- Prior experience as a Hotel Manager required
- Patient, understanding and professional personality
- Keen eye for detail and organization
- Thorough understanding of the property and all associated amenities
- Cost-saving mindset; budget conscious
