Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to support the Central Forecasting team (within Corporate FP&A). You will have a highly visible role engaging with executives and leaders from across the broader FP&A org.

- Collaborate and partner with cross functional FP&A teams to develop a deeper understanding of the business drivers across our SaaS businesses
- Manage and continually optimize corporate topline models, uncovering actionable insights, risk/opportunities, and deep-dive topics to surface to senior leaders and business partners
- Ownership, management, and ongoing improvement of the current revenue forecasting process across our SaaS businesses
- Support the ongoing weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence of P&L management, while integrating additional metrics into the current process (ie. ARR, MRR, RPO and other industry standard metrics)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting processes to MSFT and internal comms teams as part of the earnings cycle
- Assist in the annual planning and target setting cycle within Corporate FP&A
- Lead and support strategic ad-hoc analyses to address evolving business dynamics across the company
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in finance, statistics, business or relevant work experience
- 6+ years in financial analysis experience with financial modeling and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- An ideal candidate would have SaaS and consumer tech experience, expertise in key SaaS metrics and subscription based revenue modeling, and proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive strategic decision making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to seek information independently, connect the dots, solve conceptual problems and consider options for improvement
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute projects independently, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and autonomously perform within tight deadlines

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $109,000 to $178,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
