Who You Are
As a member of the Global Supply Chain Management Team, you'll work on day-to-day tactical functions as well as future strategies for raw material procurements in a Project Manager capacity.
What You Will Be Doing
• Requests for proposal, source selection, and purchase order placement
• Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and lead times
• Manage supplier relationships and performance issues
• Manage the procurement cycle from request for proposal to purchase order closeout
• Ability to work recovery plans with supplier management as required to assure deliveries meet production requirements.

• Maintain accuracy of purchasing documents and data including procurement files

Basic Qualifications:• Subcontract/contract, negotiations and advanced SAP experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and familiarity with basic programmatic principles and experience in developing and executing business strategies
• Experience supporting a program with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Desired Skills:• Experience in a Lockheed Martin Line of Business and/or supporting a program with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Communication skills: to include written, verbal, and presentation. Effective communication of business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and program and executive management
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
