Description:You will be the Production Operations Development Lead for the PAC-3 team. Our team is responsible for the management and integration of multiple Hardware Development programs throughout the lifecycle from Development to the Production of PAC-3 Missiles across multiple manufacturing facilities.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Production Operations Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing the development readiness and cut in of newly developed hardware into the existing full rate production line. Additionally, the lead is responsible for coordinating ramp activities, advocating for producibility, and implementing risk mitigation plans. Your responsibilities will include:
-Completing operations tasks and activities while helping to ensure the teams are working open issues in a timely manner
-Assign tasks to peers
-Creating timeline and project plans projecting part procurement, hardware fabrication, and cut in points for new hardware based on legacy run outs
-Serves as CAM on designated programs
-Managing costs and scheduling inputs for CAM accounts
Lead, motivate, supporting and facilitate self directed work teams and interact with internal and external customers to support time-sensitive results in a complex manufacturing environment
-Creation of multi-site execution plans and strategies that meet Program requirements
-Drive generation and completion of risk and opportunity across PAC-3 Missile platform for Production Operations
Properly plan and work closely with Production sites to ensure hardware, tooling, test equipment and any other needed items are in place and work to increase affordability and promote a culture of agility and World Class manufacturing

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
-Experience working in production operations or manufacturing
-Experience with SAP MRP system
-Ability to obtain a security clearance; an Interim Secret clearance after accepting an offer and before starting the role is required
-Possess appropriate business acumen to successfully present cases to a variety of customers (PMO, External Customers, and Senior Management)
-Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence as the position requires cross functional interactions on a daily basis
Desired Skills:
-Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex
-A history of elevated performance within Operations Management or related disciples supporting Production and Developmental Programs
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Experience leading cross-functional teams
-Control Account Management (CAM) Certification
-Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
-Experience managing, contributing to, and executing proposals and/or affordability initiatives
-Experience in multiple functional disciplines: Production, IPT, Manufacturing, GSC, Quality, Engineering
-A clear understanding of the production processes employed within Lockheed Martin
-Experience with PAC-3 products, as well as other business units and programs
-Advanced Engineering/Technical or Business related degree
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
