Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Conyers, GA
What we’re looking for:
As the IT Project Manager for Integra, we are seeking an individual to coordinate the software development of new releases of the Integra configurator tool. This individual will collaborate with the Integra manager and development team to define, track, and report progress on the major releases and individual assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Collect and organize their project requirements from the customer.
- Along with the Integra manager, organize and prioritize the major releases, as well as the individual assignments for the development team.
- Coordinate and lead the status update meetings with the development team.
- Report the project status to the leadership team.
Technical Documentation
- Develop technical documentation of the program architecture
- Develop user manuals and assist with training of users
User Support
- Develop and maintain a report of user help tickets
- Report tickets opened, tickets closed, time to close, etc.
What are the basic qualifications?
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or business analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
What are the preferred qualifications?
- Leadership competencies to organize and direct the software development team
- Aptitude to absorb technical commercial/industrial products
- Software developer experience
