Overview
The
Stadium Part Time Utility Cleaner is responsible for facility maintenance including floorcare, window cleaning, and varying facility maintenance projects within the venue. This is a Part Time position; schedule is based on event and including weekends. Previous Utility Cleaner experience required including floor care machines experience.
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: Varies depending on events; including weekends

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• Floorcare Cleaning Equipment experience required
• Previous Utility Cleaner experience required
• Customer service experience
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities: - Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning
- Utilize additional floorcare cleaning equipment such as buffers
- Clean interior and exterior window, glass partitions, and mirrors using chemicals, sponges, and squeegees
- Safely operate lift equipment to clean higher level surfaces
- Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
