Responsibilities:
Sales Associates:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customers' needs.
- Drive sales of wireless devices, accessories, and service plans.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Store Managers:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales performance and team management.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues.
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Sales Associates:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
Store Managers:
- Proven experience in retail or wireless sales.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Availability to work full-time and flexible hours.
