We are looking for an energetic results-oriented candidate to join our fast-paced digital communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for the roadmap delivery and stakeholder management for the UnitedHealth Group internet (UHG.com) and support overall general internet operations.
This is a complex, distinct and satisfying role that will afford you the opportunity to work across many teams and departments at UnitedHealth Group and its business units. Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the creation, prioritization, and delivery of the internet roadmap in alignment with stakeholder and company needs with a specific focus on delivering a great audience experience
- Frequently interact with cross-functional teams including our internal/ external/ digital/ people/finance/communications’ teams, developers, and Corporate Affairs via touchpoints such as monthly updates, daily scrums, etc.
- Coordinate the entire feature process from ideation through research, requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and analysis
- Manage day-to-day governance issues, business partner support, escalations of assigned communication channel(s)
- Publish content that requires technical expertise, like Adobe Target
- Manage and champion optimization and personalization across communication channel(s)
- Monitor and adjust search and architecture in support of user experience
- Understand content personalization options and new content, campaigns and assets that require updates to site
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the assigned communication channel(s)
- Monitor and respond to user requests and feedback
- Develop and maintain tagging strategy, in support of information architecture
- Develop and maintain user training and self-help documentation
- Develop and maintain code and style guide governance

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a product management, digital capabilities, or webmaster role
- 3+ years of experience with digital asset management and content management system
- 2+ years of experience working with development team in an Agile environment and writing feature or story requirements
- Understanding of how CMS platforms work, including content creation, workflows, and publishing processes
- Demonstrated solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as the foundation for web development
- Basic knowledge of Java since AEM is built on the Java platform
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with Adobe Target & A/B Testing
- Experience with SharePoint Content Management System and other Microsoft web tools like Power Automate, Lists, and Forms
- Experiencing analyzing data or working in analytics
- Awareness of web accessibility (WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA)
- Awareness of digital marketing strategies and how AEM can be utilized to achieve marketing goals
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and solid organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent collaboration skills; comfortable asking and answering questions
- Ability to independently prioritize workload

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
