Description:Lockheed Martin is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant Senior to support Quality and Mission Success within our Missiles and Fire Control Functional IAMD team.
The Administrative Assistant Senior will provide exceptional support to our executives and team members. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.

What You Will Be Doing
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials
• Maintain complex calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure timely communication of changes and updates
• Coordinate travel arrangements, book flights and hotels, and prepare itineraries
• Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Provide guidance and direction to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive or manager

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Desired Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools
Experience with expense reporting and reconciliation
Certification as an administrative assistant or in a related field
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
