Description
Reporting to the Leidos NSOC Lead, the Top Secret cleared NSOC Training Development and Delivery Specialist will develop and deliver NSOC technical training packages on all the features of global security operations, network operations, and features of managed networks.
The position may require occasional short-term travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
Primary Responsibilities
The training packages and its material will be aligned to the roles of the NSOC operators, and the respective tools that are available to them.
Lead NSOC staff to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction by achieving and maintaining high cybersecurity and network operations performance.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.
3+ years of direct experience in organizational development, instructional design, training, and/or building curriculum.
Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
Proven experience in professionally designing training events.
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles and ability to master the full training cycle.
Adequate knowledge of learning management software and Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social science, communications, education, or related field.
Experience in Department of Defense environments.
Experience in the IT security, networking, or software fields.
Experience with DevSecOps and agile program management.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00
