The Manager, Supply Chain Contracting is responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, and execution of Ally’s Supply Chain Contracting for Enterprise Technology. In this role you will work closely with the Ally Sourcing teams, business customers, and stakeholders to document and negotiate all aspects of a procurement deal to ensure the best outcome for Ally and mitigate company risk effectively and efficiently.
The Manager, Supply Chain Contracting reports directly to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Contracting, and supports the contract creation, negotiation, and execution of contracts within defined categories. The Manager, Supply Chain Contracting meticulously reviews and negotiates contract terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes and compliance with legal requirements and policies. Additionally, the Manager, Supply Chain Contracting advises internal business customers on innovative approaches to fulfill contractual obligations, staying updated on changes in rules, regulations and industry standards that could impact the provision of services.
Ally work locations are either Charlotte NC or Detroit MI. In office role with hybrid schedule
