Your Impact
This position will play a key role in shaping the organization's associate experience strategy by collecting, analyzing, and acting on associate feedback. This individual will be responsible for leading efforts to systematically capture insights from various associate touchpoints (e.g., surveys, focus groups, pulse checks, exit interviews) and translate them into actionable strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational culture. As a strategic advisor, the Associate Listening Consultant will work closely with HR leadership and business leaders to influence decisions based on data-driven insights.
What you will do
- Develops and implements associate listening tools, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms (e.g., focus groups, one-on-one interviews).
- Manages high complex projects, while providing technical and analytical assessments of issues facing the business.
- Presents insights in cross-functional meetings and provides expertise in how to improve associate engagement through data-driven decisions.
- Consults with leaders and executives across Human Resources and the enterprise on key business questions, needs, and priorities.
- Analyzes data and develops solutions from surveys and other listening tools to uncover trends, patterns, and key drivers of associate satisfaction, engagement, and performance.
- Maintains knowledge on best practices and industry trends in associate listening, engagement, and experience strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Behavior, Business, or related field and 5 years of experience in HR, Associate Engagement, Organizational development, Survey Design, Data Analysis and Interpreting Associate feedback.
- 5 years of experience in survey design, data analysis and interpreting associate feedback.
- Ability to apply advanced analytical concepts to improve business outcomes.
- Proven experience in survey design, data analysis, and interpreting associate feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
- Experience consulting with senior leaders and influencing decision-making through data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or related field. and Experience in retail or supply chain operations
