Your Impact
The purpose of this role is to be the primary point of contact for cyclical reporting of Construction programs, project level support for the construction management system and management of the reporting and financial obligations associated with incentives. This role prepares and distributes all weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for all the construction programs. Responsibility for systems includes project creation and the necessary technical support to the E&C staff, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and groups external to E&C to ensure timely project delivery. This role drives consistency and efficiency in systems throughout project lifecycle, reducing errors. Responsible for coordinating Construction inputs for the Real Estate CAC process on the new store and outlet expansion programs. Additionally, this role will manage the corporate incentives program, which includes working with internal stakeholders to prepare external and internal reporting related to the status of collection/receivables for all active programs.
What you will do
- Works with project teams on system updates leading into reporting cycles.
- Prepares custom reporting packages utilizing system outputs and Power BI data for circulation.
- Works with Finance to incorporate financial metrics into cyclical reporting.
- Works with Construction team leading into CAC meetings to ensure all inputs are incorporated into the presentation.
- Responsible for managing project level technical support of the CM system of record. Responsibilities include creating new locations and projects, providing user access, and user interface technical support to all active users.
- Responsible for working with external consultants and internal stakeholders for cyclical reporting obligations associated with active incentive programs.
- This position also works with the Sr. Director – Construction & Development for non-standard data collection and presentations as needed to support the business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 Years of Experience in commercial real, project and/or office management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, finance or real estate and 5 Years of Experience in commercial real estate with a focus on retail, industrial and office acquisition and disposition.
- 4 Years of Supervisory experience. Previous experience leading high performing teams to achieve results in a high-accountability environment
