Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Work directly with other Customer Service Representatives and Management staff to provide accurate information and superior customer service contributions to boost company reputation and stature
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer concerns knowledgeably and empowered to provide consistent and impeccable customer experience
- Establish customer accounts, review and accurately enter order information, and handle confidential client information
- Meet or exceed daily business goals and expectations to increase profit margins and sales revenue
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience by exhibiting supportive behaviors, collaboration, and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Educate customers on product features, values, and any deals or promotions
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- High school Diploma / GED
- Effective and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and resourceful
- Trustworthy and Reliable: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Immaculate decision making and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for building customer loyalty through remarkable listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
