Direct Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers daily to handle enrollment requests, service upgrades, contract renewals, and inquiries to ensure high customer acquisition and retention.
- Gain extensive knowledge of our clients' products and services to educate customers, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Associates to develop effective strategies for team success and client profitability.
- Customize product packages based on customer needs using insights from colleagues.
- Assist entry-level sales professionals in identifying additional opportunities for our clients while maintaining a compassionate demeanor.
- Communicate with upper management and the compliance team to ensure proper protocols are followed when working with customers and clients.
Direct Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience; prior experience in hospitality, retail sales, or related fields is a plus.
- Team player with a competitive spirit and goal-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, customers, and colleagues.
