Team Overview
Salesforce Branch Desktop - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is designed to help accelerate our digital transformation efforts by acting as an efficient single-destination for branch teams, becoming the first thing they log into every day and the central hub of operations for their business. Accountability for the Salesforce Branch Desktop resides with the CRM Team. This team is a cross-functional group of individuals, including associates and contractors.
What you'll do: As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be a part of a diverse and collaborative team whose end goal is to support our Client Relationship Management Teams. In this role you will interact with vendors and associates in a matrix organization, enhance applications, develop software and tools, and provide support and guidance to our teams.
Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:
- Strategically plan and optimize assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services.
- Architect, design, implement and deploy integrated Salesforce solutions to solve complex problems.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations through process optimization and technology implementation.
- Provide technical leadership related to software development tools, methodologies, best practices, and standards.
- Develop and enforce policies, standard practices, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
- Provide direction as to the effective use of technology.
- Prepare detailed software specifications and provide program or system level estimates.
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain and conduct code walkthroughs for programs.
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
