Job Summary / Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to manage WeldFits CRM platform. This role requires a proactive individual to help us continually improve and enhance how we use Salesforce.
The Salesforce Administrators responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, system troubleshooting, system improvements, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
To ensure success, the candidate must possess knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. The candidate should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibility
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and groups.
- Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintain the sales cloud, as well as build custom reports and dashboards.
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as provide training and support.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Maintain and implement custom process automations, in line with business processes.
- Implement and manage automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning components.
- Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency in Salesforce.
- Partner with third-party vendors or consultants as needed for system enhancements.
