SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Scheduling Analyst for Flexi-Woodwright owns glass management (order, follow-up, escalation and supplier relationship) on behalf of the plant. This role also schedules the Flexi, Glider, and Exterior trim assembly lines. One feature of this role is working closely with multiple departments and levels of leadership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimize production schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands
Analyze and communicate value stream capacity and constraints
Take ownership in performing root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across the supply chain utilizing tools such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, A3, etc.
Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, Operations supervisors and team leads, local and network-wide supply chain analysts and master planners, customer service, IT, and logistics/warehousing group·
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume, lean environment
Working knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP, MES, WMS)
Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Office, ERP, and Reporting systems (Power BI, BOBJ)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and strong aptitude in process improvement and problem-solving
Ability to understand customer needs and drive to meet these requirements
Demonstrates urgency and takes responsibility for addressing critical roadblocks to achieving goals
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban systems
Working knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain and information flow
