As a Business Operations Associate within the Operations Support team at JPMorganChase, you will deliver end to end operational excellence to safeguard the business. You will be responsible for reviewing high-risk Anti Money Laundering (AML) & Reputation Risk industries [e.g., External Investment and Commercial Risk (EICR) Protocols] and client risk factors; client system alerts (e.g., AML Events, negative media); and previously exited clients, etc.
You will review National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) approvals and provide approvals for Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) and Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI) clients when an actual or potential high-risk industry NAIC is being used either in transfers or new onboards. You will also provide appropriate Specialized Industry/Financial Insurance Group (FIG) client coverage.
Job Responsibilities
- Review High-risk AML & Reputation Risk industries (e.g., EICR Protocols) and client risk factors; client system alerts (e.g., AML Events, negative media); previously exited clients, etc.
- Review NAIC approvals and provide approvals for MMBSI and CCBSI clients when an actual or potential high-risk industry NAIC is being used either in transfers or new onboards
- Provide appropriate Specialized Industry/FIG client coverage
- Liaise and lead various initiatives between a variety of key partners such as Bankers, Client Data Management, Business Operations, Customer Service, KYC Officers, Finance and Business management, etc.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Pitch Pro
- Ability to present information in a concise and effective manner

- Willingness in providing innovative and proactive solutions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- BA/BS degree
- Some familiarity with banking processes and procedures is helpful but not necessary
- Some knowledge of the different types of industries that the Commercial Bank supports
- Ability to understand complex client relationships, product usage
