This role can be based in Mountain View / Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Bellevue, or New York.

We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Principal Product Manager to lead our Feed Trust efforts on LinkedIn, helping keep our members safe while ensuring productive and engaging conversations. In this role, you will build AI classifiers and create user experiences that keep our members safe and engaged. The role requires an ecosystem thinker, who’s able to empathize deeply with users, with a deep understanding for how AI and design work together, while being extremely data driven and outcome oriented. It is a highly impactful role that’s critical for LinkedIn’s future growth and success in accomplishing its mission.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with cross functional teams including policy, engineering, data, design to build delightful and engaging experiences and bring them to market.
- Build and deeply understand AI models that help keep conversations healthy on LinkedIn
- Think strategically how we can build both proactive and reactive measures to make the Feed successful
- Build user experiences that are valuable, simple and intuitive, rooted in member research and empathy.
- Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve member challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems, create value for members.
- Run iterative A/B tests to gain learnings from experiments and identify product-market-fit for products.
- Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning.
- Have a high excellence bar and results orientation to ensure products delivered provide real value for members at scale.
- Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide and measure the success of initiatives and ramps.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Experience building Trust products, ideally within social networks
- Experience building ML/AI classifiers
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $180,000 to $290,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
