Supervise represented Quality Inspection employees in Wing Systems by managing job assignments, training, and time off while assuring that Quality, Cost and Schedule goals are achieved.
Implement company Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Aero Codes.
Assist employees with computer system and documentations.
Perform area FOD audits and interact with the production and DCMA customers.
Work with the Corrective Action team to help drive area improvements, RCCA, and employee feedback.

Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Experience in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and specifications and applying their intent for evaluating acceptance of product quality.
• Experience using manufacturing processes, specifications, inspection criteria, and quality engineering practices.
• Experience in developing and interpreting quality data and metrics.
• Experience using Continuous Improvement methods.
Desired Skills:• Demonstrated ability to use processes related to corrective action/problem solving skills.
• Previous supervisorial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong ability to lead teams, make and influence decisions.
• Demonstrated excellent teaming skills – must interface with all levels of management, technical and floor personnel in a multi- organizational environment.
• Union environment experience.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience in Microsoft office applications.
• Experienced user of QADS, VAS, PDM, JDL, SFM

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
