Description:You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr. for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala, FL. Our team is responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, implementing lean practices, and ensuring optimal efficiency in our operations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment or 3 years with a Master's Degree.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Proven track record in work measurement and time standards.
• Proficiency with various work measurement techniques such as predetermined motion time systems (PMTS), work sampling, and direct time study.
• Extensive experience in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and statistical analysis.
• Experience in developing layout designs for equipment and workspace to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in using simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simul8, FlexSim, SIMIO) to model, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with predetermined time systems such as MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) or MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique).
• Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing and analyzing manufacturing systems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
