THE WORK
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of emerging Aegis Foreign Military Sales Training program as an International Partners Warfighting Readiness Lead supporting the Surface Combat System Training Command (SCSTC). The successful candidate will review like/parent US Aegis baseline artifacts to determine applicability to formulate similar content applicable to International Partners . This will be achieved via liaison support to Program Executive Office (PEO), coordination with Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs), support planning sessions with participant international stakeholders countries, attend Training Working Groups, support Navy to Navy Program Reviews, and coordinate with the respective Aegis FMS technical baseline leads. Responsibilities included planning, research, data collection, training, analysis of US tactical guidance and lessons learned to provide recommendations for incorporation into International Partner’s pre-planned responses and employment of the Aegis Weapon System.
Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings and point papers containing findings, results, and recommendations for achieving sustained warrior performance and readiness.
Develop innovative training solutions and recommendations to support emerging training requirements, provide technical liaison between OEM, product development teams and internal and external customers, support technical meetings, develop specialized briefs, and present training materials for Aegis and BMD customers.
Domestic and International travel required 25%

Basic Qualifications:
-Fourteen (14) years Surface Combat System training experience in operations or maintenance including Surface Warfare engineering and process knowledge.
-Specialized experience supporting the integration of Lessons Learned into various Aegis International Programs and courses of instruction.
-Specialized experience related to Aegis training systems and methodology, systems, subsystems, capabilities & limitations, organizations, challenges, and risk drivers.
-Demonstrated ability to build and present training program briefings and content for senior U.S. and FMS Navy officials.
-Key Personnel position requiring resume approval by the Contracting Officer Representative

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
