Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements, Mission Capability, and ICD: System Engineering with focus on Requirements, Mission Capability Statements, and ICD Development
- Technical Planning and Requirements: Support technical planning, generation of technical requirements for demonstration program phase and demonstration transition to operations.
- Agile Process: Support the customer in determining future needs and requirements using Agile process
- Technical Evaluation Criteria: Support development of technical evaluation criteria and checklists for contractor demonstrations and milestone reviews leading to Acquisition Milestone approval
- Technical Engagements: Lead/coordinate technical engagements with multiple developers and user community.
- Program Office Evaluations: Facilitate demonstration execution and program office evaluations
- Requirement Development: Support RFP/SOW and requirement development for Major System Acquisition contract and readiness milestone activities.
- Roadmaps: Work on roadmaps for future efforts

Qualifications:
Required:
- Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM concentration
- Experience: 8 years relevant technical experience
- System Design Trade Process: Exposure to the system design trade process, assessing system design options, analyzing mission requirements, monitoring system development, test development/execution
- Agile Development: Experience in Agile development processes
- Source Selection: Experience in acquisition source selection and down-select and/or demonstration phase execution
Desired:
- NRO Space and Ground Systems: 3 years’ experience with NRO space and ground systems acquisition and/or sustainment.
- Systems Engineering: Understanding of systems engineering, acquisition, and operations best practices
- Technical Performance: Contract execution oversight of technical performance
