Repair Authority is actively looking for a Territory Sales Representative to help grow the Texas region. This employee will be responsible for actively generating leads and fostering relationships with existing customers in the Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B outside sales and should be equally able to provide excellent customer service to existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Grow designated territory by selling Repair Authority’s services to HME dealers and establish ongoing relationships with these dealers
- Develop sales and territory management plans with upper management to achieve maximum market impact
- Drive sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
- Develop, cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective dealers, customers and strategic accounts with the territory
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities
- Track opportunities, sales and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce
- Developing a fundamental understanding of the Home Medical Equipment industry and our repair capabilities and services we offer in a short period of time will be required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience in the HME industry is a huge plus
- 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience, with a proven track record in prospecting and managing a sales funnel/pipeline
- Capable of managing a territory
- Ability to successfully build rapport with prospective leads
- Solid work ethic, goal-driven, creative problem solver
- Ability to conduct in-person presentations/meetings with customers in a polished, professional manner
- Desire and ability to always provide excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven with a proactive approach to generating new business
- Ability to travel to the assigned territory
Sales Territory:
The Texas territory includes multiple states in the South-Central region, including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. 40-50% overnight travel is to be expected.
